To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ghhost.io, its creators, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Specifically, Ghhost.io is entirely exempt from liability regarding any financial losses or damages incurred by users who independently choose to use our informational data for third-party sports betting or gambling activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, models, designs, and data visualizations on Ghhost.io are the exclusive property of Ghhost.io. Unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercial redistribution of our data is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments for Pro access and donations are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
